Since 2018, I have worked at various centres up and down the country before landing at Newby Wiske Hall. Now, as an AIGL Team Leader, I carry a goal with me that I had from the start; to help and support our colleagues to be the best they can be and follow in the footsteps of Team Leaders who helped me get to where I am today. I gain so much pride from watching our instructors grow in every aspect of their role and in return providing great experiences for our guests.

I have nearly 20 years’ experience in catering and started with PGL over 10 years ago and moved to Newby in January 2024. It is not just about getting the guests, and you re-fuelled for the everyday adventure of PGL, but creating an experience both guests and colleagues will never forget.
