Caythorpe can accommodate up to 800 guests for school and family adventures, which means we have over 200 members of #TEAMPGL working together to create the PGL ‘magic’. From Activity Instructors to Administrators, there’s a huge variety of roles to suit all backgrounds and experience levels.

Why we love Caythorpe Court...

Caythorpe’s central location means that within an hour’s drive you could be enjoying city shopping, hopping on a plane, or even soaking up the sunshine in a seaside town. This centre is a great base to explore the cities of Leicester, Nottingham and Birmingham. For water enthusiasts the National Watersports Centre at Holme Pierrepoint is only 30 miles away and if you want to stay on centre there is the opportunity to join local football, cricket, badminton, and other sports teams. There’s an excellent social calendar at this centre, including karaoke, quiz nights, football and netball clubs.

Colleague facilities on-site: Sports hall, football pitches, playing fields, two lakes, pool tables, darts, colleague gardens, BBQ, fire pit, TV lounges, laundrette, colleague wi-fi.

I began my journey at Caythorpe in 2012 on a six-month contract as an AIGL while exploring my career options. Thirteen years later, I’m proud to still be part of the PGL team. From day one, PGL has invested in my growth and development, providing me with an incredible career path. For anyone joining us now, Caythorpe is a place where you’ll be supported, challenged, and inspired to achieve more than you ever thought possible.

No two days are the same and I love that! I will make sure the centre’s management team have all the right skills to look after you in employee engagement, fun and wellbeing and ensuring we live by the PGL values every day.
