As Kitchen Manager at Overstrand, I’m proud to lead a passionate team who work hard every day to keep both our guests and colleagues well-fed and happy. From creating nutritious, tasty meals for hundreds of children to making sure our colleagues are looked after too, it’s about much more than cooking – it’s about bringing people together, fuelling adventures, and making every mealtime part of the PGL experience. It’s more than just a job – it’s something truly rewarding.

I love working at Overstrand Hall because it’s such a lovely atmosphere – we share a lot of laughs and really enjoy what we do. As housekeepers, it’s our job to make sure guest accommodation is always clean, tidy, and welcoming, so that everyone has the best possible stay.
