A woodland glade beside a converted farmhouse provides shade for our cabins deep in the heart of the Ardèche region. Domaine de Segries watersports centre in France (known as ‘Segs’) is your base for the job of a lifetime in the spectacular Ardèche Gorge.

This centre is the home of our world famous Ardèche Adventure canoe holidays. The farmhouse and surrounding grounds boasts plenty of outdoor space to socialise and relax after a rewarding days work, including open-air swimming pool, football pitch, table tennis and volleyball court.

Why we love Domaine de Segries...

The centre is just 2 kilometres from the picturesque village of Vagnas and 7 kilometres from Vallon Pont d’Arc and Barjac. Having these locations on your door stop you will be spoilt for local shops, restaurants bars and entertainment. The local area often hosts various festivals. Also for the more adventurous there is great climbing, walking, caving and mountain biking within easy reach of the centre. Not to mention, for all those paddlers, you will be a short distance from the famous Ardèche River descent.

Colleague facilities include: Swimming pool, football pitches, basketball court, volleyball court, colleague lounge and relaxation spaces, use of equipment, laundrette.

Tom, Paddle Sports Instructor

I feel privileged to be able to offer the guests the opportunity to see the Ardeche river for the first time while guiding them safely, sharing my knowledge of the surrounding area. Working here is more than just a job for me; its about working with others that share my passion for nature and hopefully inspiring our young guests to care more for their surroundings.
