THE ROLE
As Head Chef with PGL, you’ll be paid to lead a friendly and supportive catering team at Barton Hall, our stunning activity centre in Torquay. With no late nights and the opportunity of a Friday or Saturday evening off each week, this could be the perfect role to continue a rewarding career in catering without sacrificing your social life or that all important family time!

As
Head Chef, you’ll be reporting to the Catering Manager, and be responsible for
leading, managing, training and overseeing a team of Chefs & Catering
Assistants to deliver a fantastic dining experience to our guests, including
