Emma, NST Operations Team Leader
“I joined NST in 2017 as a Tour Coordinator and quickly saw how rewarding it is to help teachers plan memorable school trips. Knowing I played a part in creating lifelong experiences for young people made the job truly meaningful. In 2022, I became a Team Leader in Operations, supporting others to grow. Travel is fast‑paced, unpredictable, and incredibly fulfilling - especially when we see our teams and groups thrive.”
Malwina, Transport Consultant
“As a Transport Consultant, I help make every tour happen - from booking coaches, ferries and flights to handling last‑minute issues. I love the fast pace, the variety, and the challenge of keeping every journey running smoothly. I started at PGL over eight years ago on a temporary contract, and it’s grown into a career I’m proud of. Transport lets me blend problem‑solving, teamwork, and creating seamless experiences for our groups.”
