Every adventure needs experience — and that’s what NoVa (shortened from ‘Not Over’) is all about. NoVa is for our older and more experienced team members, here to celebrate the value, wisdom, and stories that come with time and teamwork.

Beyond Neurodiversity

Beyond Neurodiversity is our space for colleagues who are neurodivergent — and allies who want to learn — to connect, share lived experiences and shape a more neuro-affirming PGL Beyond. We believe diversity of thought makes us stronger, more creative and more inclusive.

Introducing our new programme to help young people transition from education to employment . As young people face growing challenges – from mental health to future uncertainty – our Skills4Life programme teaches essential skills for a more confident future. This programme blends outdoor adventure with structured, research backed learning – designed to develop 21st century skills in a fun and accessible way.

Our ‘Breakthrough Fund’ initiative

Now more than ever, we believe enriching outdoor experiences should be available to all, but sadly not all have access to it. This is why we’ve launched our Breakthrough Fund, providing hundreds of free and discounted places every year to pupils and families who need it most.
