Everyone at PGL UK earns is paid the Real Living Wage (which is well above the National Living Wage). In France, our teams are paid above typical industry rates, and our commitment to fairness is reflected in a Gender Pay Gap of just 0.6%.

Salary Finance

Members of #TEAMPGL in the UK also have free access to Salary Finance, an education tool giving free access to budgeting tips, techniques and seminars showing us how to make the most of our money.
