We’re looking for a Reward Advisor to join our People & Culture (P&C) team, playing a key role in ensuring our reward and recognition framework continuously meets the needs of our business and our people.  

As Reward Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective evaluation of jobs, market benchmarking process, and benefits, helping ensure our reward practices are fair, competitive, and aligned to business strategy. This is a hands-on role, supporting both BAU and project-based work, working closely with colleagues across the wider P&C Team, Finance/Payroll teams and providing advice and guidance to stakeholders across the business. 

Is this you? 

  • Degree level educated or equivalent people or finance professional qualification e.g. CIPD Level  
  • Experience of working in a role that involves Reward, Comp & Bens or HR Analytics 
  • Experience of job evaluation and salary benchmarking, with a strong understanding of job evaluation principles 
  • Experience supporting annual pay review processes / bonus pay cycles
  • Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Modelling)
  • Ability to analyse data and present clear insights
  • Working knowledge of reward principles, internal pay equity, and compensation frameworks
  • Clear and professional communication skills—written and verbal
  • Understanding of UK reward regulations and compliance topics
  • Strong organisational skills and time management skills
