Make a difference as an Analyst – Business Systems

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team and help design, analyse, and support business system solutions that make a real difference. 

Working collaboratively with the Change Analyst, you will be looking for common patterns and questions – performing root cause analysis to understand why and find solutions to remove the issues. You will undertake configuration and data changes to applications, in order to support BAU and project-based activity – assisting in the creation of training materials to assist project delivery or issue resolution.

•Experience of change management including triaging/management of customer requests, customer communication and creating support or training documentation 
•Experience of software systems and how they drive and enable change through the software lifecycle  
•Experience of working on multiple workstreams 
•Strong analytical ability combined with an understanding of software development processes 
•Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and targets
