Make a difference as a Customer Care Advisor 

As a Customer Care Advisor, you’ll make sure every customer complaint is met with a thoughtful, high-quality response. You'll take ownership of each issue, seeing it through to a positive resolution, while also collecting valuable feedback to help us improve our services. 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping people. A customer-first mindset, great problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of what drives customer satisfaction are key. Is this you? 

  • Previous experience working in a customer service or complaint handling role. 
  • Experienced in taking ownership of complaints and manage an end-to-end investigation to find a resolution for the customer. 
  • Great communicator 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
