Make a difference as a Sales Advisor
Our Consumer department are responsible for converting sales and providing excellent customer service to our customers booking Kids Adventure Camps and Family Adventure Holidays in the UK and Northern France, generating revenue in excess of £5 million. Within this role, you will be interacting with parents to book children aged 8-16 on to a Kids Camp across our 12 UK centres or our UK flagship Family Adventure centres & Disneyland breaks in Paris. Using a CRM and internal reservation system, you will be expected to maximise sales opportunities by phone and email, whilst providing high levels of customer service in order to meet customers’ needs and secure future re-bookings.
