Our fun-filled programmes of exciting and enriching activities are a crucial ingredient of the PGL magic – we are searching for a REGIONAL COLLEAGUE SCHEDULER to join our Programming team and keep the adventure going for our visitors. 

THE ROLE 

We currently have an exciting opening for an individual to join the Programming team, within PGL, as a Regional Colleague Scheduler.

In this exciting position, you'll be responsible for allocating colleague resource. Ensure our colleagues receive a measured, tailored and timely approach that considers operational effectiveness and impact. Maintain a strong working relationship with Regional Activity Programmers and on-centre point of contacts, you will escalate workforce planning risks and implement the ‘One Best Way’ approach to processes and procedures to realise benefit across the PGL estate.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Experience of resource allocation and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and strong general IT competency.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Understands the benefit of standardising and aligning processes and procedures.
