We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us on a fixed-term basis, supporting our team of Regional Activity Programmers during our busiest time of year. 


 This role can be based in the office, or remotely from home – working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Your duties will include: 

  • Supporting the programming team with their workload and meeting key performance indicators 
  • Creating guest activity programmes, itineraries and rooming plans 
  • Working closely with the customer service teams to ensure an amazing guest experience 
  • Managing the guest care email inbox, answering queries and forwarding messages to the relevant teams. 
  •  Assisting other teams across PGL as required 


  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall IT literacy 
  • Enjoys working to standardised processes and in a procedure driven environment 
  • Confident and able to make decisions independently 
  • A capable communicator and team collaborator 
  • Committed to PGL’s values and vision 
  • A driving licence would be beneficial but not essential to this role. Knowledge of PGL operations and activities would be an advantage.
