    2 weekends between July and August working on Saturday 8am to 4pm with Emergency phone cover 

PGL Travel currently have an exciting opportunity for a French-speaking individual to join the PGL Team as an International Sales Support Coordinator.

THE ROLE

  • To manage the administration of International Agent bookings to PGL's UK centres. 
  • To successfully manage customer needs by actively supporting the Business Development Managers to secure, manage and deliver bookings 
  • Provide exceptional customer service when supporting the organisation of a group's booking including, but not limited to: bed management; provision of centre and excursion information; coach transport; language courses; individual activity holidays. 
  • Secure future re-bookings by meeting and, where possible, exceeding customer expectations by delivering high quality customer service with proficient organisational skills. 

 

IS THIS YOU?

  • C1 and C2 Level of speaking and written French required
  • Extensive experience in a customer focused environment
  • Strong personal organisation skills – able to effectively prioritise workload
  • Experience of handling group reservations
  • The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team and to adhere to strict deadlines
