PGL has a fantastic opportunity for a Guestcare Team Leader to join our team at Château de Grande Romaine.

·        Château de Grande Romaine, in Lésigny near Paris, France

·        Earning 2260 € per month

·        Full-time Permanent contract starting Mid-November onwards

As Guestcare Team Leader you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Guestcare staff to deliver a safe, engaging and enjoyable experience to our guests in a residential outdoor setting, supporting the smooth running of the operation to ensure our guests' needs are met.

THE ROLE

  • Ensuring effective customer care is delivered;
  • Coordinating with the team of Tour Leaders, the Guestcare Manager and the activity department to provide each guest with a quality experience;
  • Implementing and monitoring standards and procedures;
  •  Liaising with party leaders and guests to ensure expectations are met and problems resolved;
  •  Ensuring the ongoing training and development of Tour Leaders and keeping accurate records for the Resourcing and Learning and Development teams’ use;
  •  Assisting with centre specific duties associated with a residential children’s activity centre;
  •  Attending any training courses as directed by the Guestcare Manager or General manager;
  •  Regularly reviewing own targets and work towards the achievement of agreed objectives.

IS THIS YOU?

You must hold French right to work (Passport, National Identity Card France or any EU country, or a Residency card/visa that allows you to work permanently in France).

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young adults alongside experience in delivering high levels of customer service. The ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with others alongside good organisational skills are essential. You should also show competence in producing and delivering training as well as experience in dealing effectively with complaints.
