Make a difference as a Customer Support Administrator
Our friendly and bustling Customer Service team help manage school and group bookings for PGL's UK Adventure centres. This role provides vital administrative support to our Customer Service Advisor team, allowing them to focus on direct customer interactions and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Within this role, you will be providing administrative assistance by handling tasks such as processing important documentation, updating records, processing changes to bookings, and sending financial documentation.
