Ready for a new adventure? We are searching for an incredible CATERING TEAM LEADER to contribute to our guest dining experience at our stunning activity centre Windmill Hill, which is nestled in beautiful East Sussex.

  • Salary: Up to £27,375 per annum
  • You’ll get at least one Friday or Saturday evening off per week
  • An accommodation & meal package available (optional) at a generous rate. With all bills and utilities covered and three nutritional meals every day

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you’ll be leading a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, the food tasty and appealing, and our guests happy and well looked after.

IS THIS YOU?

 You’ll need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence to handle complex dietary & allergen requirements and maintain excellent food safety standards and procedures.

 We’re looking for individuals with three or more months experience within a catering role and a level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety. Experience of working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position.
