THE ROLE
As an Assistant Chef with PGL, you’ll be paid to hone and develop your skills whilst working at Boreatton Park, our stunning activity centre in Shropshire. With no late nights and a guaranteed Friday or Saturday evening off each week (during our non-peak periods) this could be the perfect role to develop your career in catering without sacrificing your social life or that all important family time!

Reporting to the Catering Manager, supporting the Chefs, and working within a friendly & supportive catering team, you’ll be responsible for preparing & serving a range tasty meals such as cooked breakfasts, soups, pasta dishes, dinner favourites and sandwiches/salads. You’ll demonstrate an understanding of Food Safety, allergens and dietary requirements.
